Lovers of Pastry and Chocolate

My chocolate creation (in the process of being finalized) to celebrate the 110th anniversary of the Borzeix-Besse pastry and chocolate shop. The Beast (Beauty and the Beast)  It will be exposed at Borzeix-Besse shop in Limoges this winter.  under construction     

New  Irresistible chocolate dessert in all its forms Crushing flavors: Chocolate mousse, cocoa heart, creamy dark chocolate and milk chocolate, crispy chocolate.    

New A special pistachio sweetness : Pistachio mousse with a salted pistachio heart and a caramel melting all on a Pistachio Biscuit.

New A sweetness with Hazelnut flavor : Heart of hazelnut caramel, hazelnut biscuit, cream and hazelnut shortbread.
